When you do contact us, please include the following information:

• The date and time of the wedding
• Where the wedding will be taking place
• Where the wedding party is to be collected from
• The location for the reception
• How many journeys you would like us to undertake between each of these locations, e.g. to take the bridesmaids to the church then return for the bride
• The colour of the ribbons that you would like: White or Ivory
• Which car you wish to book: The grey Daimler or the blue Jaguar XJ8
• It would also be useful to know the names of the bride and groom and their contact details
• Please include any other information that you feel might be helpful
